· Patient Registration
Each patient is given a unique number and every time the patient comes to the centre for treatment, is addressed by this number. The Search option is quite powerful such that even it the patient does not bring his number (Card etc.), the patient can be retrieved by his phone number, House number, address etc. The multiple search option enables the reception the patient data to be retrieved very easily and fast.
· Patient Prescriptions
The Doctor can issue prescriptions to the patients which is stored in the computer for any future reference. He can make default prescriptions which can contain data from the database, of patient name, address and other details which can be selected while making it.
· Patient Reports, Lab, X Ray , Patient Photograph
The Doctor can also maintain scanned jepg, jpg images which are generally created by most of the digital scanners, X Ray Machines and available on the internet. This information’s can be related for each patient and is tagged to the patient and stored. The doctor can maintain the images along with the purpose for which it was taken. The Doctors module also maintains various information like Lab results, Services offered, personal details, Photo graph of the patient etc.
· Patient Billing
There is a service and billing module which can be used for billing the patient for what he has paid. He is also given the option to do the consultation separately which will enable for the doctor to keep the track of patient’s visits to the clinic/ Nursing home/ Hospital.
· Daily Cash Statements
The cash collection along with the breakup can be taken from the system. The default report has been developed for any clinic, Nursing home, Hospital to know the cash flow to the organisation. They can take out statement at any given point of time to ascertain the amount of money held in the cash box.
