Patient Management Software

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Double click on PolyVision10R25.
. . . . (to open the directory, which has been created new)
2. Double click on setup.bat
. . . . (file inside the directory, it will install pre-setup)
3. Double click on Polyvision.exe
. . . . (this is your Patient Management System)
4. Click on initialise database
. . . . (This will automatically create your Database)
5. Click on Update
. . . . (This will execute the software creation in your system)
5. click on EXIT on the screen

6. Click on Exit of the software.


Your software has been installed on your machine.


1. Double click on Polyvision.exe
. . . . (Start Working)
2. Click on DEMO
. . . . (your software is ready to work.)
3. Click on Login on Left Hand top on your screen.
. . . . (Security - It will ask you login and Password)
4. User Name is su in small case
5. Password (There is no Password assigned to it) Press ENTER KEY.
. . . . su - Super User
5.Click on Tools -> Click on User Master
6.Click on User Name -> Select su
7.In Access Rights Screen click on "ADD >>>" button
8. Click on "Save Rights"
9. Exit

Your software has all the permissions to Work.

1. Click on Login
2. User Name : "su" password : press Enter key
3. Click on Doctor in the Main Menu
4. Click on "Doctors Module"
5. you can register a patient by clicking on "Patient Registration"
6. you issue Prescriptions using "New Prescription"
7. you can store patient Documents by Clicking "Other Images"
8. you can check information like "Personal Details",
. . . . "Past Ailments", "Sevices Rendered", "Lab Tests",
. . . . "Lab Values"
9. you can also create Specific Template for
. . . . Prescription and store it which will
. . . . open once you click "New Prescription"

Master and Transaction
1. There are masters available and are descriptive in nature.
2. The transactions are linked to the masters.
3. Initial Data as be posted at the initialisation phase.
4. Take the backup(Copy of) of poly.mdb before changing the masters.
